682 Series Positive Displacement Flow Meter – ±0.1% Accuracy

The 682 Series flow meter provides precise liquid measurement across a 250:1 turndown ratio, making it suitable for low-flow applications and varying delivery volumes. Its inline positive displacement design uses three reciprocating pistons, each measuring a defined volume of liquid.

A wobble plate coordinates the pistons and sliding valve, transferring smooth mechanical movement through the calibrator to the register. The self-lapping valve design supports sustained accuracy, with minimal measurement drift reported during a 54-million-litre service-life test.

Choose Veeder-Root mechanical registration or a TCS 3000 electronic register for delivery control and data handling. Available accessories include preset controls, ticket printers, pulse transmitters, air and vapour eliminators, and mechanical, pneumatic or electronic control valves.
